Yes. Consultations require a $45 deposit, and other services require a 25% deposit. Deposits go toward your service total and are non-refundable.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes with less notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the service. Each appointment can be rescheduled up to 2 times.

We offer a 10-minute grace period. After that, the appointment is considered a no-show, and treatment isn’t guaranteed if there isn’t enough time to complete it.

A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is a short virtual visit with a licensed medical provider through Qualiphy, done from your phone in minutes. It stays valid for up to one year.

It’s a quick medical screening that reviews your health history, medications, and skin so a licensed provider can confirm you’re a safe candidate and clear you for treatment. It’s required before VI Peels, microchanneling with tips of 0.50 mm or higher, tattoo removal, and any laser session, including Carbon Wave.

Intimate brightening is not a one-and-done service. Most clients need a series of treatments, often around 6 sessions and sometimes more. Results and the number of sessions needed vary by person. Results build gradually and depend on the depth of pigmentation, your skin type, consistency with your appointments, and home care. Yes. Brazilian waxing is available for clients 18 and older. We only treat female anatomy, and at this time we are not trained to wax men. For your appointment, hair should be about the length of a grain of rice.
