Booking & Deposits

All services are by appointment only. A card on file is required for every booking, even if you plan to pay in cash. It is only charged as described in these policies.

Consultations require a $45 deposit. All other services require a 25% deposit. Deposits are applied to your service total and are non-refundable.

Appointment Confirmations

You will receive text and email reminders before your appointment and are asked to confirm. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled service.

You can reschedule your own appointment from your client profile on our website when you are outside the 24-hour window. Within 24 hours, you may text us, but the fee still applies.

Each appointment may be rescheduled up to 2 times. Additional reschedules are charged 25% of the service.

Late Arrivals

We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals later than 10 minutes are treated as a no-show, and treatment is not guaranteed if there is not enough time to complete it.

Memberships

Membership clients are charged a $50 fee for cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice, plus 50% of any additional non-membership service booked for that visit.

Membership sessions may be rescheduled up to 2 times. Additional reschedules made with 24 or more hours’ notice are charged a $25 fee.

Commitment length, billing, and cancellation terms are listed in your signed membership agreement.

Payments & Refunds

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and all major credit cards, as well as Zelle and Cash App, plus financing through Cherry, Affirm, and Klarna for those who qualify. Cash is welcome but must be the exact amount, as no cash is kept in the studio.

All services, deposits, and payments are non-refundable.

Consultations, Forms & Candidacy

A consultation is required before starting any new treatment. Intake and consent forms must be completed in full before your appointment so they can be reviewed in advance.

Laser treatments and medical-grade peels require a Good Faith Exam. We may postpone or decline treatment when it is not safe, such as during pregnancy or with an active infection in the treatment area.

Age Policy

Clients ages 15 to 17 may receive facials with parental consent and a parent present for the appointment. Intimate brightening and Brazilian waxing are not offered to anyone under 18.

Photos

We take progress photos to track your results. Photos are only shared publicly with your permission, which you can give or decline on your consent form.

Results

Results vary from person to person and depend on skin type, consistency with your treatment plan, and home care. Specific results are not guaranteed.
